Terms of Service

1. General Terms

By registering for and attending art classes with preetworks, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all in-person and online classes, workshops, and events offered.

2. Registration & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure your spot in a class.

• Payments can be made via PayPal, Cash.

• Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect already registered students.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Student Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the class start date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days or less of the class start date are non-refundable.

  • No refunds for no-shows or missed sessions.

• Instructor Cancellations:

  • If a class is canceled by the instructor, students will receive a full refund toward a future class.

4. Class Policies

• Students are expected to arrive on time and bring necessary materials unless otherwise specified.

• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

• No unauthorized photography or recording during classes.

5. Liability Waiver

• By participating in a class, you acknowledge that preetworks is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

• Students under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• All class materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and digital content, remain the intellectual property of preetworks.

• Artwork created by students remains their property, but preetworks reserves the right to photograph and share student work for promotional purposes, unless a student opts out.

7. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during registration is used solely for class administration and will not be shared with third parties.
